Daniel Solis comes from Mexico, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics (cosmology, cellular automata) and a Master's degree in Energy (green buildings, sustainability, thermal simulation). After that, he worked as a university teacher (mechanics, energy, mathematical programming) at IPN in Mexico for six years until he started his PhD in December 2016. From 2010 to 2016 he collaborated as international reviewer for the journal Energy and Buildings.
